Rewarding Store Credit with Rise.ai

Reward your customers with store credit for their reviews by integrating Loox with Rise.ai.

Using our integration, you can offer store credits based on customers' ratings, product IDs, and reviews that include a photo or video as an alternative to discounts, incentivizing your customers to leave honest and helpful reviews.

To reward your customers with store credit for submitting a review:

• Inside the Rise.ai app, open the "Integrations" menu
• Under Loox, toggle on the integration:

• Click “Continue to Loox”.
• Inside your Loox "Integrations" settings section, go to "Rise.ai".
• Click "Activate Integration":

To set store credit rewards for product reviews:

• Inside the Rise.ai app, open the "Loyalty & Rewards" menu.
• Under "Your Flows", Click "Create Workflow":

• Select "Create your own":

• As the trigger, Select "Loox Review Created":

• Click “Add condition” and select a condition for customers to receive a reward:
  • Product id - Based on the product ID for which the review was given.
  • Reviews stars count - Based on the rating given by the customer.
  • Photo or Video Review - Only photo/video reviews will be rewarded.

• Click “Add action” to Issue store credit and set the value of credit you’d like to reward your customers with for leaving a review:

• Click on the toggle to activate the workflow and click “Save”:
