How to Create a Staff Account for Loox Support

Give our Support team access to your store so we can help add or customize any Loox widget or feature for you.

To create a staff account for Loox Support:

• Inside your Shopify Admin "Users and permissions" menu, click on "Add staff":

  

• Inside the "Add staff" permissions page, enter "Loox" as the first name and "Support" as the last name.
• Enter the following email address in the "Email" field: [email protected].
• Inside the "Store permissions" section, select "Online Store". 
• Inside the "App permissions" section, select "Loox Product Reviews & Photos".

• Click "Send invite".
• Contact our Support team.
