I can't find an order on the Loox admin

Generally speaking, Loox will automatically add all the orders in your Loox "Orders" tab from the moment Loox was installed going forward.

Orders will not be processed or displayed in Loox in the following cases:

  1. The order was created before Loox was installed on the store
  2. All ordered products have been deleted, canceled or refunded
  3. The order does not contain a valid customer email address or name
  4. The order was for a product that does not currently exist on the store
