What is Reviewers.com?

By offering free product samples through our trusted Reviewers.com community, you can gather stunning video content to use across any of your marketing channels. Whether you're launching a new product or looking for ongoing user-generated content, Reviewers.com helps you connect with approved Reviewers who are ready to share their honest experiences.

What's changing

Reviewers.com is separating from Loox and launching as its own standalone Shopify app. If you've been managing Reviewers.com campaigns inside Loox, you'll now install and run Reviewers.com as a separate app. All your existing data is already synced, so there's nothing to migrate manually. How to get started

1. Inside Loox, head to the Reviewers.com tab and click Create a campaign.
2. A popup will appear with details about the transition and a link to install the Reviewers.com app from the Shopify App Store.
3. Click the install link and follow the steps in the Shopify App Store.
4. Once installed, you'll be directed to the Reviewers.com pricing page to approve the subscription plan.
5. Your existing campaigns, reviews, and credits will be available in the new app immediately - no additional setup required.

Once you've installed the app, you can create and manage campaigns directly from the Reviewers.com dashboard.

What carries over automatically

Since Loox and Reviewers.com share the same backend, your data is connected the moment you install. Here's what transfers:

• All past campaigns - Your full campaign history is available in the new app, including all order and review details
• All collected reviews - Reviews collected via Reviewers.com will continue to sync to your Loox Manage Reviews page automatically, following your Loox auto-publishing settings. These reviews will also be available in the Reviewers.com Manage Reviews page
• Unused credits - If you previously paid for a campaign under the old model and haven't used it, it carries over as 1 extra credit in the new app. Extra credits don't expire

Free trial and pricing for Loox merchants

All Loox merchants - whether you've run Reviewers.com campaigns before or not - get a 30-day free trial when you install the standalone app. During the trial, you can run 1 campaign for free. As a Loox merchant, you also get special pricing on the new app. The regular subscription fee for non-Loox merchants is $150/month with one campaign included per month, and any additional campaigns within the 30-day billing cycle cost $150. However, as a Loox merchant you get a 33% lifetime discount, so your plan will cost only $100 and any extra campaigns will also cost $100.

Q: Do I have to install a separate app?
A: Yes. Reviewers.com is now a standalone Shopify app, separate from Loox. You'll install it from the Shopify App Store, but all your existing data is already connected - no migration needed.

Q: Will I lose my campaigns or reviews?
A: No. Everything carries over automatically. Your past campaigns, collected reviews, and any unused credits are all available the moment you install the new app.

Q: Do reviews collected in Reviewers.com still show up in Loox?
A: Yes. Reviews sync back to your Loox Manage Reviews page automatically and follow your existing auto-publishing settings.
