Permanently Deleting Reviews
Remove customer reviews from your Loox account.
Reviews deleted from your account will be permanently removed and cannot be retrieved.
To Permanently Remove a Review From Your Loox account:
- In the “Manage Reviews" settings section, find the review you want to remove:
- Click the “...” button located below the review to open the dropdown menu:
- Click "Delete review”:
To delete multiple reviews at once:
- In the “Manage Reviews” settings section, filter and search for the group of reviews you would like to delete:
- Click “Delete all Reviews”:
