Undo Incorrectly Imported Reviews

Undo incorrectly imported customer reviews to your Loox account.

Using our option to undo incorrectly imported reviews, you will have a 7-day window to undo the import of any reviews incorrectly imported or migrated to your Loox account.

Please note that undoing incorrectly imported reviews must comply with your local laws and regulations.

Warning: This action is irreversible, and the reviews will not be accessible again.

To undo incorrectly imported reviews from your Loox account:

In the “Manage Reviews" settings section, find the review you want to undo:

Click the “...” button located below the review to open the dropdown menu:

Click "Undo import”.

And that's it!

To undo multiple incorrectly imported reviews at once:

In the “Manage Reviews” settings section, filter and search for the import you would like to undo:

Tip: To easily find the reviews available for you to undo (imported in the last 7 days), click on the "Filter" dropdown list and select "Imported in the last 7 days":

Click "Bulk Actions", and select “Undo all imported reviews”:

Please Note: The option to undo incorrectly imported reviews from your Loox account is only available for a week (7 days) since a review was imported to your Loox account. Once the mentioned time period passes, the option to undo the import will no longer be available.
