How do I create a staff account for my store?

Occasionally, our support team will need a staff account for your store in order to edit your theme or help you configure certain settings. To create a staff account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your Shopify account creation form (Shopify admin -> Settings -> Accounts -> Add staff account)
  2. Enter "Loox" as the first name and "Support" as the last name
  3. Enter the following email address in the "Email" field: [email protected]
  4. Add permission to "Themes". Sometimes we'll need more permissions - we'll let you know if that's the case.
  5. Click "Send invite"
