How to Create a Staff Account for Loox Support

Our support team might need a staff account for your store in order to edit your theme or help you configure certain settings. To create a staff account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your Plan and permissions menu, under Settings:
  2. Click "Add staff":
  3. Enter "Loox" as the first name and "Support" as the last name.
  4. Enter the following email address in the "Email" field: [email protected]
  5. Add permission to "Themes". Sometimes we'll need more permissions - we'll let you know if that's the case.
  6. Click "Send invite".
