How to Create a Staff Account for Loox Support
Our support team might need a staff account for your store to edit your theme or help you configure certain settings. To create a staff account, please follow these instructions:
- Go to your Users and permissions menu, under Settings, and click on "Add staff":
- Inside the "Add staff" permissions page, follow the following steps:
- Enter "Loox" as the first name and "Support" as the last name.
- Enter the following email address in the "Email" field: [email protected]
- Add permission to "Themes". Sometimes we'll need more permissions - we'll let you know if that's the case.
- Click "Send invite".
