Displaying Your Customers’ History of Reviews on Shopify

Monitor your customers' Loox Reviews history, without leaving your Shopify Admin by using the Loox Reviews App Block.

Once added, your customer pages in your Shopify “Customers” menu will display the two most recent reviews your customer submitted after purchasing an item from your store.

Note: The Loox Reviews App Block will display only reviews customers submitted through the Review Request emails they receive after their purchases.

To display your customers’ history of reviews on your Shopify “Customers” menu:

Inside your Shopify “Customers” menu, select a customer whose order was completed.

Under “App blocks” click “Add block”:

Select “Loox Reviews”

And that’s it!

Your customers’ two most recent reviews will now appear on their customer pages:

Tip: Click the "pin" icon to ensure the Loox Reviews App block is displayed across all your customer pages:
