Displaying Your Customers’ History of Reviews on Shopify

Monitor your customers' reviews history without leaving the Shopify Admin using the Loox Reviews App Block.

Once added, customer pages in your Shopify “Customers” menu will display up to two of the most recent reviews they submitted after purchasing an item from your store.

Note: The Loox Reviews App Block will display only reviews submitted by customers through the Review Request emails they receive after their purchases.

To display your customers’ history of reviews on your Shopify Customers menu:

Inside your Shopify “Customers” menu, select a customer whose order was completed.

Under “App blocks” click “Add block”:

Select “Loox Reviews”

And that’s it!

Your customers’ two most recent reviews will now appear on their customer pages:

Tip: Click the "pin" icon to ensure the Loox Reviews App block is displayed across all your customer pages:
