How the Loox integration works in Tapcart
Once connected, Loox reviews are available as a design block inside Tapcart’s App Studio. Both the Star Rating Widget and the Product Reviews Widget are available to choose from. You can add a Loox block to your product details pages to display photo and video reviews directly in your mobile app.
How to integrate Loox with Tapcart
Step 1: Connect Loox in the Tapcart dashboard
In your Tapcart dashboard, navigate to “Integrations".
Under “Reviews & UGC”, select “Loox”.
Click “Connect integration”.
Click “Save & Enable”.
Step 2: Add the Loox block to your product pages
In the Tapcart dashboard, go to the “App Studio” menu.
Click “Screens”.
Open the “Product details” page.
Under “Design Blocks”, scroll to the “Integrations” section.
Locate the Loox block.
Drag the Loox block into the desired area of the page.
Click "Publish” to apply the changes to your app.
Once published, Loox review widgets will appear on your product pages in the Tapcart app.
