Block-listing Specific Customers, Products, or Orders from Receiving Loox Emails

Prevent specific customers from receiving your review request emails by blocklisting customers and orders.

To block-list a product/customers/order from receiving a review request email:

  • Open your Shopify Orders / Customers / Products menu.

  • Find the relevant order, customer, or product:

  • Enter "NOREVIEW" under "Tags" and click "Add NOREVIEW":

  • Click “Save”.

Note: Block-listing an order will stop that order from receiving a review request email immediately once the tag is added. Block-listing a product or customer will take effect on all orders associated with the product or customer after the tag is added.
