How do I blacklist customers, products or orders from review request emails?
To prevent review request emails from being sent to a specific customer, or for a specific product or order, follow these instructions:
- On your Shopify Orders / Customers / Products menu
- Find and click on the relevant order, customer or product
- In the “tags” box, add the following tag: NOREVIEW
Make sure the tag is in capital letters
- Click “Save”
Please note that while blacklisting an order will update your orders and will stop that order from getting a review request email - blacklisting a customer or product will only affect orders that are created or updated after adding the NOREVIEW tag.
