Block-listing Specific Customers, Products, or Orders from Receiving Loox Emails

To prevent review request emails from being sent to a specific customer, or for a specific product or order, follow these instructions:

  1. Open your Shopify Orders / Customers / Products menu.
  2. Find the relevant order, customer or product.
  3. In the “tags” box, add the following tag: NOREVIEW 
    Make sure the tag is in capital letters.
  4. Click “Save”.

Please note that while block-listing an order will update your orders and will stop that order from getting a review request email - blocklisting a customer or product will only affect orders that are created or updated after adding the NOREVIEW tag.
