Using Loox with Shopify POS

Send review request emails to your customers using our built-in integration with Shopify POS.

All Shopify orders that include an active product and an email address that accepts marketing emails will automatically receive a review request email sent from Loox.

Loox will send review request emails according to the email timing you set in your Loox admin.

POS orders not registered in your Shopify account, will not receive review request emails, as Loox will not be able to schedule an email for them.
