How do I send review request to customers who bought through POS?

All Shopify orders which include an active product and an email address that accepts marketing emails will automatically receive a review request email as expected.

However, if the orders from the POS or others do not go through your Shopify account, or they do not include an email, Loox will not include them in the email sequence (as there is no email address to send it to).
