Migrating from Shopify Product Reviews to Loox

Migrate to Loox from the Shopify Product Reviews app and Import your existing reviews.

In this article, we will cover the process of installing Loox in your store, as well as how to import your existing Shopify Product Reviews app reviews to Loox.

Installing Loox in your store

To install Loox in your store:

• Go to the Loox listing page in the Shopify App Store:

• Click “Install”:

• Click “Install”:

• Click “Click here” next to “Migrating from the Shopify Product Reviews App?”:

• Click “Start using Loox”:

And that’s it! Loox is now installed.

Importing your reviews to Loox

To import your reviews from the Shopify Product Reviews app:

• Inside the Shopify Product Reviews app, click "Export" under "Reviews":

• Inside the Loox admin, go to “Import Reviews”.
• Under “Import from supported apps”, select “Shopify reviews”: 

• Click "Upload CSV file" and select your Shopify Product Reviews app CSV export file:

That’s it! Your reviews are now imported to Loox.
