Loox Smart Upsell

Smart Upsell automatically offers the product most likely to be bought together with the customer’s cart and displays it alongside social proof, so you can cut the guesswork and get more post-purchase sales.
Once activated, all you need to do is set up a discount, and smart upsell will handle the rest.

Note: The Smart Upsell offer cannot be prioritized. In the case where multiple Upsell offers are created, the Smart Upsell offer will only be triggered if the products in the customer’s cart aren’t triggering any other Upsell offer.
To set up the Smart Upsell offer:
  • In your Upsell settings page, go to “Smart Upsell”:

  • Toggle “Smart Upsell” on:

  • Click “Edit״:

  • Select whether to offer a percentage discount and configure your shipping fee:

  • To allow your Smart Upsell offer to include products in the customer's original order, toggle "Show same product" on:

  • To display a second upsell offer after customers accept or decline the first one, toggle "Show secondary offer" on:

  • To offer your customers the option to purchase multiple units of your offered product, toggle "Show quantity selector" on:

  • To prevent specific products from being offered by Smart Upsell, click "Exclude products" and select the products you would like to exclude:

  • Click “Set live”:

Note: The Smart Upsell offer will not prompt out-of-stock products.
