Creating a Reviewers.com campaign

Reviewers.com enables you to engage with our community by offering free products in exchange for authentic, high-quality video reviews. Learn more

Reviewers.com is currently in beta and is being gradually rolled out to Loox merchants. If you cannot yet see the “Reviewers.com” tab in your Loox admin, you are currently not eligible to try it. Please contact support if you have any questions.

How to create a new campaign

  1. In your Loox admin, open the Reviewers.com tab.

  2. Click "Create a new campaign"

New to Reviewers.com? Click "Create your trial campaign". The first campaign is free of charge!

  3. Set up your campaign:

    • Name your campaign

    • Select product – Choose the product you wish to offer in the campaign.

    • Define the number of free items – Select between 10-20 free products to offer. Ensure you have enough stock available for the duration of the campaign.

    • Target your audience – Currently limited to U.S.-based, female Reviewers. You may narrow the age range.

  4. Click “Create campaign".

Once created, your campaign status will be set to Pending. This means we will review your campaign, and if approved, it will be set to active (typically within a few days). We’ll choose the best time for it to maximize engagement.

Once your campaign is active on Reviewers.com, it is shared with eligible Reviewers who match your target audience. These Reviewers can join your campaign, order your product for free, and submit an authentic video review. This flow is designed to keep your Shopify order process intact, work alongside your existing Loox review settings, and minimize “ghosting” (Reviewers not completing their review). Learn more.

Campaign statuses

  • Pending – Your campaign is awaiting our team's review and scheduling. This is to ensure the best engagement and review collection.

  • Active – Your campaign is active, and new Reviewers can join.

  • Completed – Your campaign has ended - all samples were claimed, or the time limit expired.

  • Rejected Your campaign was not approved by the Reviewers.com team, or has been canceled by you.
  • Unpaid - Your campaign is awaiting payment. Once paid, it will be marked as pending.

  • Paused – New Reviewers can’t join the campaign until you resume it.

Campaign limitations

To maintain fairness, ensure product availability, and uphold campaign quality, the following limitations apply:

  • Maximum active campaigns – One active campaign per merchant at any given time. Paused campaigns still count toward this limit.

  • Item quantity cap – Maximum of 20 items per campaign. Available stock must be maintained for the entire active period to allow Reviewers to join your campaign.

  • Single focus per campaign – Each campaign can target only one audience segment and feature one product.

  • Duration – Campaigns close automatically after all samples are claimed or after 7 days, whichever occurs first. They can't be extended.

  • Editing - Campaigns can't be edited after creation. You may cancel a pending campaign directly from your admin and create a new one instead. You can also pause and resume your campaigns within the active 7 days.

  • Platform compatibility – Reviewers.com is only available to merchants using Shopify Checkout.

Pricing -  Each merchant is entitled to one complimentary campaign. Each additional campaign is priced at $100. If you’re interested in packaged pricing, please contact our team here.

FAQs

Q: Can I target a different audience?
A:
Targeting is currently limited. The Reviewers.com community currently includes US-based women, and we're growing it to include more target audiences in the near future.

Q: Can I run multiple campaigns simultaneously?
A: No. Only one active or paused campaign is permitted at any time.

Q: What happens once my campaign is approved?
A: You will be notified via email once your campaign goes live. Once live, it will be visible to eligible Reviewers within your targeted audience. Claims and participation will be updated in real-time in your Loox admin.

Q: Why was my campaign rejected?
A: This could be because your product doesn’t align with our community guidelines or requirements.
You will receive an email detailing the reason for not approving your campaign. Your free trial campaign will remain available. For paid campaigns, your payment will be refunded automatically.
