How do I use Loox with Shopify Flow?
Loox enables you to take full advantage of the reviews you collect by setting up tailor-made automated workflows that are triggered once a review has been submitted using Shopify Flow !
First, turn on Shopify Flow in the Integrations tab of your Loox admin:
On the Flow app, once you create a new flow, simply set the trigger as "New review":
Then, you can set the conditions and actions that will make up the workflow that works best for your needs:
Here are some examples that you can use to better utilize Loox using Shopify Flows:
- Send different thank you emails based on the review's rating
- Award points in your loyalty program when a customer submits a review
- Create a ticket in your customer support app when you receive a negative review
- Add customers who wrote a positive review to your email marketing list
- Track negative product reviews by creating a line in Google Sheets
