Loox Email Compliance

Loox ensures that your review request emails comply with regional regulations while helping you collect as many reviews as possible.

Default Email-Sending Settings

Loox ensures compliance by following these default email-sending rules:

• Promotional requests: Sent only to customers who have opted in to marketing emails in regions where required by regulations. These emails can include promotions or incentives such as discounts for visual reviews or referrals.
• Transactional requests: Sent to customers who have not opted in to marketing emails. These emails follow compliance regulations by excluding any promotions or incentives, such as discounts for visual reviews or referrals.

Adjusting Your Email Compliance Settings

The default settings are optimized for compliance and review collection and we recommend keeping them as they are. 

If you need to review your email compliance preferences, go to your Loox Admin → Settings → Email Settings.
