To help you collect more reviews, we now send transactional review requests to customers who have not opted in to marketing emails.
These requests are compliant with consumer regulations, so they don’t include promotions or offer incentives for visual reviews or referrals.
Until now, by default, we only sent review requests to opted-in customers in regions where regulations require it. The new transactional requests will now enable you to collect reviews from all of your customers.
To adjust your transactional email content, go to the Review Request Email editor in your Loox Admin.
