Prevent specific customers from receiving your review request emails by blocklisting customers and orders.
How to block-list a product/customers/order from receiving a review request email
- Open your Shopify Orders / Customers / Products menu.
Find the relevant order, customer, or product:
Enter "NOREVIEW" under "Tags" and click "Add NOREVIEW":
- Click “Save”.
Note: Block-listing an order will stop that order from receiving a review request email immediately once the tag is added. Block-listing a product or customer will take effect on all orders associated with the product or customer after the tag is added.
