Exclude Specific Orders, Customers, or Products from Receiving Loox Emails

Prevent specific customers from receiving your review request emails by blocklisting customers and orders.

Block specific orders from receiving review request emails

  1. Within "Settings" > "General", go to "Email settings".
  2. Under "Exclude orders from Loox emails", add Shopify tags to orders you want to block from receiving Loox review request emails.
  • You can block-list subscription orders using relevant tags, for example "first_recurring_order".

Note: Blocklisting an order takes effect immediately - tagged orders will not receive a review request email.


Block specific customers/products from receiving review request email

  1. Open your Shopify Customers / Products menu.
  2. Find the relevant customer or product:

  3. Enter "NOREVIEW" under "Tags" and click "Add NOREVIEW":

  4. Click “Save”.

Note: Blocklisting a product or customer will affect only future orders placed after the tag is added. Existing orders associated with the product or customer will not be affected.
