Loox Data in Google Analytics
Loox automatically reports data about customers' interactions within your store to your Google Analytics account, which is integrated with your Shopify account.
Here's how to integrate Google Analytics with your Shopify account.
- In Google Analytics, you can find Loox data under the "Events" tab:
Below Is the Data Reported to Google Analytics by Loox:
Category: Loox - Widget interactions
| Action | Description |
| ReviewClicked | A specific review was clicked. |
| Loox Star Rating Clicked | The Star Rating widget was clicked (for a specific product). |
| Loox Sidebar widget clicked | The Sidebar Widget was clicked. |
- The Description will include the relevant Product ID.
- The Label will include the widget type on which the review was displayed.
