Rewarding Store Credit with Rise.ai

Integrate Loox with Rise.ai to reward your customers with store credit for their reviews.

You can offer store credits instead of discounts for customers who review your products, based on their rating, product ID, and if the review includes a photo or video.

To reward your customers with store credit for submitting a review, follow the steps below:

• Under your Rise.ai Integrations menu, activate the Loox integration:

• Click “Continue to Loox”.
• Inside your Loox "Integrations" settings section, go to "Rise.ai".
• Click "Activate Integration":

To set store credit rewards for product reviews:

• Under your Rise.ai Loyalty & Rewards tab, click "Create Workflow":

• Select "Create your own":

• As the trigger, Select "Loox Review Created":

• Click “Add condition” and select a condition for customers to receive a reward:
  • Product id - Based on the product ID for which the review was given.
  • Reviews stars count - Based on the rating given by the customer.
  • Photo or Video Review - Only photo/video reviews will be rewarded.

• Click “Add action” to Issue store credit and set the value of credit you’d like to reward your customers with for leaving a review:

• Click on the toggle to activate the workflow and click “Save”:
