Sending a Manual Review Request Email
Jump-start your review collection by sending requests to people who have tried your products.
Your customer reviews will help you build credibility for your new products, increasing interest as well as your total order volume.
Note: Manual Review Requests will count towards your monthly review request email quota. Click here to learn more about more about your plan's email quota.
To send a manual Review Request email to your customers:
- Inside the Loox app's "Collect Reviews" settings section, open the “Manual Review Request Email” page.
- Enter your customer's email address. Insert multiple addresses to send your review request to multiple customers:
Note: Loox supports up to 100 recipients per review request email.
- Select the product you would like to request a review for. You can select up to 5 products per email:
- Customize the email’s subject line:
- Click “Send email”.
Tip: Your Manual Review Request email is based on the logo, banner image, and colors you set in your Loox “Branding” settings section.
Customize its appearance to seamlessly fit it with your brand’s design.
