I just installed Loox on my new store and collected my first batch of reviews. Will I be able to display reviews on Google Shopping right away?
Google requires that your account report at least 50 reviews to qualify for Google's Product Ratings policy. If you have at least 50 reviews on your Loox account and they meet Google's other requirements, then you should be able to display your Loox reviews on your Google Shopping Listings.

Do all products need an MPN or GTIN set up within my Shopify account in order for my reviews to appear in Google Shopping?
Yes. Google requires that your integration settings match the same identifiers used on your Google Shopping products feed (generated by your Google Channel app or any third-party app). At least two different identifiers (GTIN, MPN, product prefix) need to match between your Loox and Google accounts.
I have multiple stores. Will this integration work for all of them?
The Loox+Google Shopping integration reports the reviews collected on your Loox account to Google. Since every Loox account is connected to a single store, a unique Loox account is required for each store you own to display all of your stores' reviews on your Google Shopping Listings.
Who's eligible to use the Loox + Google Shopping integration?
To display your products' reviews and ratings on your Google Shopping Product Listing Ads, you must be subscribed to the Loox Scale Plan or any plan above it.
