Helping you towards compliance using Loox
To make it easier for you to comply with regulations, we have added the ability to limit email sending to customers who opted in for marketing emails. We strongly recommend that you activate this feature. Additionally, to ensure our use of Google's family of fonts is compliant with GDPR, we serve fonts directly from our own servers, which results in zero customer information being sent to Google.
EU's Omnibus Directive
With the implementation of the European Union's Omnibus Directive into the national legislation of all EU member states, we have updated our policies and transparency settings to ensure that our merchants have the option to be compliant with these new laws.
We have updated our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service to address all of the Directive's requirements. Please find the updated agreements below.
