Display Loox Reviews on Gempages

Integrate Loox with Gempages to display your visual reviews across store pages.

IN THIS ARTICLE

To integrate the Loox Rating and Reviews Widgets with Gempages, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your GemPages Page Builder app.

2. Open the page you would like to add the Loox Widgets to.

3. Drag and drop the Loox (Widget) Element where you would like it to appear on the page:

4. Select the Widget type:

5. Click “Save”.

Adding The Loox Carousel Widgets to GemPages

To Add the Loox Carousel Widgets to your store pages using GemPages, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your GemPages Page Builder app.

2. Open the page you would like to add the Carousel Widget to.

3. Drag and drop the Loox (Carousel) Element where you would like it to appear on the page:

4. Select the Carousel type:

5. Click “Save”.

Below are the available customization options for the Rating and Reviews Widget:

Number of reviews - Choose how many reviews to display on the Product Reviews Widget before n the “Show more reviews” button.
Show only reviews with photos - When enabled, the widget will display only photo and video reviews. Text-only reviews will not be displayed.
Show product thumbnails - When enabled, the widget will display the product thumbnail for each review.
Show reviews from all products - When enabled, the widget will display reviews for all products in your store.
Select product - Select which product to display ratings and reviews for.
- This option will add a Write a review button to the widget, so customers can review the selected product directly from the product page.

Available customization options for the Carousel Widgets:

Maximum width - Adjusts the maximum width of the widget.
Corner radius - Adjusts the size of the widget's corner radius.
Number of reviews on desktop - Adjusts the number of reviews displayed on the widget when viewed on desktop.
Max number of characters - Adjusts the maximum number of characters displayed for each text review.
Image ratio - Adjusts the crop applied to your customers' photos or videos.
Note: Any image larger than the image ratio defined will automatically be cropped and centered to fit.
Colors - Customize the colors of different Carousel elements.
Select product - Select a specific product to display reviews for.
- Note: The Carousel will display the product's latest 20 reviews.
