Syndicate Reviews to Meta Shops

Make the most out of your customers' feedback by syndicating Loox reviews with Meta to display them on your Facebook and Instagram shops!

To syndicate Loox reviews with your Facebook and Instagram shops:

Make sure your reviews meet Meta's Community Standards and Community Feedback Policy.
Enable Meta Shops Checkout in your store.
Inside the Loox App’s "Integrations" settings section, go to "Meta Shops" and click "Manage":

Toggle "Automatically sync reviews with Meta" on:
- If you are using a different Shopify product field for your GTIN, adjust the setting accordingly.

We offer two options for reporting your reviews to Meta:

Report all reviews you have collected using Loox.
Report only new reviews submitted after the automatic sync with Meta Shops was enabled on your Loox account.

Once you enable the syndication, Loox will create a feed containing your product review data and submit it to Meta.

Based on Meta’s requirements, we automatically report all approved, pending, and hidden Text reviews and Photo reviews. Video reviews are not currently supported by Meta.

Tip: We recommend approving all reviews and adding public replies to address any negative feedback.

If your reviews were syndicated successfully, they should appear on your Facebook or Instagram shops within 48 hours.
