Editing the Review Request Email's Text
Edit the subject lines and content of the emails we send to your customers.
All emails, by default, have a suggested subject and body from us, but we offer the ability to customize the emails as you wish.
You can edit each email's subject line and content through each of the emails’ settings pages, located inside the “Collect reviews” settings section of your Loox admin:

Subject lines examples
Our emails have default subject lines that have been tested to ensure optimal results.
You can edit each email's subject line within each email’s settings page, located inside the "Collect Reviews" section of your Loox admin.
The default subject is:
- "Order [order_name], how did it go?"
Use [order_name] or [order_number] where you want the customer's order number to appear, and Use [name] or [last_name] as a placeholder for the customer's first or last name where you want those to appear:
- For example, if you choose the following subject line:
- "[name], how did it go?"
- John Smith will see it as:
- "John, how did it go?"
- If you choose the following subject line:
- "Mr. [last_name], how did it go?"
- John Smith will see it as:
- "Mr. Smith, how did it go?"
Use [order_name] or [order_number] where you want the customer's order number to appear:
- For example. if you choose the following subject line:
- "Order [order_name], how did it go?"
- The customer will see it as:
- "Order # 4626, how did it go?"

Text Placeholders
